TweetWho doesn’t love berries? They’re delicious and have a huge amount of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. In fact, blueberries, have one of the highest antioxidant values of any food. If you care about your health, you should eat lots of berries and combining them into a smoothie is one way of accomplishing this.
I like to keep frozen blueberries and raspberries on hand in the freezer...
